Where do you ship merchandise in the TWFF Shop?
All of our clothing items are available to customers worldwide. Tree kits can only be shipped to Canada, Europe and the U.S.
Where does the merchandise ship from?
All of the clothing in our Conserve Life 2020 Collection ships from the U.K. Our scarves and tree kits ship from the U.S.
Is the Conserve Life 2021 collection sustainable?
Yes! One of the reasons we updated our offerings was to align our merchandise with our mission to Conserve Life. We now source our apparel from Stanley/Stella. Read about their commitment to the planet and its people here.
I like the Conserve Life 2021 collection, but I’d prefer even more choices. Will new styles be available soon?

When can I expect my order?
Our Conserve Life apparel suppliers estimate 6 – 8 weeks because of COVID delays, but items have been arriving sooner in many cases. The scarves and the tree kits have an estimated turnaround time of 1 – 2 weeks depending on the destination.
What forms of payment does the TWFF shop accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
I’m having trouble placing my order. Where can I get help?

I don’t see some of my favorite items available in the store. What happened to the wrapping paper and mugs, etc.?
Legacy TWFF items remain available while supplies last in the Last Chance section on julianlennon.com.
